These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ScribbleMind mobile application ("App"), operated by Curv Studios ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ScribbleMind. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the App. If we discover an account belongs to a child under 13, we will terminate it immediately.
To use ScribbleMind, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all stories, characters, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your User Content solely to provide the App's services to you.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are the property of Curv Studios or their respective owners. You may not use any of our branding without our prior written consent. The App's design, code, and features are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Curv Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curv Studios and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time through the in-app account deletion link under Settings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
